asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what part of the £5,712,320 capital expenditure statement in Command Paper No. 7115 was included in the £2,775 million expenditure in March 1977, in respect of land, buildings and works and equipment; and if he will list in the Official Report the items of expenditure which make up the balance.

£2,160,598. The balance of the March expenditure was revenue expenditure. The main items were salaries and wages, superannuation, income tax and national insurance; drugs, dressings and medical supplies; provisions; fuel; maintenance of premises, plant and equipment; and replacement of medical equipment, furniture and fittings.
