§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieFollowing the consultations on the decentralisation of 607W the Manpower Services Commission to which my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Employment referred in his reply to the hon. Member of 22nd November 1976, responsibility in Scotland for the activities of the MSC, including the activities of industry training boards, was transferred to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 1st July 1977. The individual boards continue to operate throughout Great Britain.
