§ Mr. LuardHer Majesty The Queen has approved the extension of the Governor's term until August 1979. My 579W right hon. Friend warmly welcomes this. Sir Murray MacLehose's governorship has been distinguished by outstanding achievements in Hong Kong's social and economic development which owe much to the personal leadership and dedication of the Governor himself.
