HC Deb 26 April 1978 vol 948 cc605-6W
Mr. Moonman

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many letters he has had since 1st December 1977 in support of his devolution proposals.

Mr. Millan

I refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave him on 19th April. In most cases it would be unreasonable to assume from recent letters either support for or opposition to devolution generally.
