§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Prime Minister if he will announce the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.
§ The Prime Minister, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 20th April 1978; Vol. 948, c. 291], gave the following information:
I have appointed the hon. Member for Hastings (Mr. Warren) as a full member in place of the hon. Member for Harborough (Mr. Farr). I have also appointed the hon. Member for Stroud (Mr. Kershaw) as a substitute member.
