§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for Industry if he is satisfied that the scheme to provide financial assistance towards equipment for utilisation of waste paper in the paper industry has resulted in a saving of pulp imports and has not increased the use of imported waste paper.
§ Mr. CryerTo date, few of the projects approved under the scheme have begun operations. It is therefore too early to make a considered judgment on the results of the scheme.
