§ 22. Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Defence what facilities are available to ships of the Royal Navy at ports or harbours on the Horn of Africa.
§ Mr. DuffySubject to agreement by the Government concerned to the entry of Royal Navy warships, commercial facilities would be available at ports or harbours on the Horn of Africa; but Royal Navy ships on deployment in the area would not normally need to make use of shore facilities there.
