§ Mr. OrmeNo special contracting-out provisions apply to employees in sheltered workshops. If a contracting-out certificate covers only those workshop employees who are engaged in work supervision, the other employments would not be contracted out but would participate fully in the State scheme and, to the extent of their earnings above the lower earnings limit, build up rights to additional pension under the State scheme.
