asked the Secretary of State for Trade what steps he proposes to take to limit the importation into the United Kingdom of motor vehicles by the Chrysler/Mitsubishi organisation.

All vehicle exports from Japan to the United Kingdom are now subject to restraint, irrespective of source, as we announced on 7th March.
