§ Mr. John FraserMy Department is currently considering representations made by trade associations, manufacturers and retailers concerning the dates on which the proposed cosemtics products regulations should come into operation for different sections of the trade. Full account is being taken of the difficulties which, it is said, will arise if the dates I have had in mind are adopted.
