§ Mr. John GrantI would refer the right hon Member to the reply I gave to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Eccles (Mr. Carter-Jones) on 12th April 1978, in which I said that it is estimated that the cost of the new scheme could be almost £230,000 in 1978–79, rising to about £400,000 in 1980–81. This compares with a cost of about £75,000 under the old scheme in 1977–78.
