§ Mr. MoyleThe arrangements for the implementation in the National Health Service of the Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations 1978 are being discussed by the General Whitley Councils for the Health Services (Great Britain). On the question of financial provision, I refer my hon. Friend to my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Nelson and Colne (Mr. Hoyle) on 13th April.
