§ Mr. David Watkinsasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will raise at the Council of Ministers the question of preferential access to EEC markets for South African goods via Israel, with a view to preventing such a development.
§ Mr. BishopThe trade preferences enjoyed by Israel apply only to products originating there. South African products exported via Israel to the EEC would not be eligible.
