§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the fact that the issuing of 25,000 photographs of himself is now costing over £5,000 per annum, and in view of the Government's policy of reducing expenditure, he will cease this practice from the commencement of the new financial year.
§ Mr. LuardMy right hon. Friend sees no reason to change a practice which has existed under successive administrations.
