§ Mr. John FraserThe Commission submitted its report on the wholesale supply of national newspapers and periodicals in England and Wales and Scotland, in relation to refusal to supply and participating in retailing, on 31st January 1978; my right hon. Friend will lay it before Parliament and publish it as soon as possible.
