§ Mr. HoramThe programming of local feeder roads to serve planned trunk roads is discussed between county councils and the Department, and will be assisted by a modest increase in the resources for local authority road construction from 1979–80 onwards. However, if the hon. Member has any particular case of difficulty in mind, perhaps he will write to me.
