§ Mr. MasonThe origin of terrorist violence, whether in terms of planning or execution, often cannot be precisely identified. But the important point, as I told the House on 9th March, is that we build on the existing co-operation between the RUC and the Garda so that terrorism is defeated in both the North and the South of Ireland.
