asked the Secretary of State for Employment how much assistance from the European Social Fund was allocated to the United Kingdom in 1977.

In 1977, allocations were made to the United Kingdom from the European Social Fund totalling £85.1 million, representing 34.7 per cent. of the appropriations for the fund for commitment in 1977.
