§ 49. Mr. Spriggsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in the proposed Housing Bill which will guarantee protection of tenure for council tenants, he proposes to include provision for an independent housing court with powers to deal with, and to settle, disputes between landlords and tenants.
§ Mr. ArmstrongA number of organisations have made this suggestion. It raises some important issues which my right hon. Friends and I are looking into.
