O'Hara's claim for industrial injury benefit; and the Commission's letter to the hon. Member for Ealing, Southall, dated 17th March.
§ Mr. OrmeAn inquiry into the insurability for industrial injury purposes of the late Patrick O'Hara was held in London on 6th April 1978 and I expect a report to be submitted shortly. This question of insurability will then be decided, as will the further question of whether the original decision on Mrs. O'Hara's claim for industrial death benefit can be reviewed.
