§ Mr. EnnalsI have recently received representations from the chairman of the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee, from hon. Members and from chemist contractors about the rate of return paid on capital employed in NHS dispensing. There has been no reduction in the total remuneration paid to chemist contractors.
