§ Mr. Lomasasked the Lord President of the Council when he intends to introduce a Bill to implement all the recommendations of Report No. 8 of the Top Salaries Review Body, as promised to the right hon. Member for Anglesey (Mr. Hughes) on 2nd March Official Report, c. 665 and if, in preparing such a Bill, he will take into account the reply he gave to the hon. Member for Huddersfield, West on 16th February 1978, and the proposals suggested in Early-Day Motion 252 sponsored by the hon. Member for Huddersfield, West, and supported by members of all the major parties in the House.
