§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe table below shows total expenditure in England and Wales on police and prison services for the relevant years (at constant prices):
renewing or varying a firearm certificate from £10 to £13, especially in view of the fact that the previous increase was from £3 to £10.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe increases in the standard fee from £4.50 to £10 in 1976 and from £10 to £13 in 1978 were the minimum required to cover costs.
