§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Industry what facilities, practices, operational methods or activities, 314W currently practised by the National Enterprise Board, differ from those offered by private commercial organisations.
§ Mr. Les HuckfieldIt is open to the Board to offer such facilities, adopt such practices or operational methods, or undertake such activities as it thinks fit, subject to the requirements of the Industry Act 1975, directions given under that Act by my right hon. Friend, and such other obligations, constraints or commitments as it may accept or incur.
