§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Minister of Overseas Development what is the extent of British financial aid to Botswana; and if she will suspend all further payments until a satisfactory explanation has been received and full compensation paid to the family of Mr. Nicholas Love, a British subject shot dead last week by Botswana border guards.
§ Mrs. HartCapital aid and technical co-operation amounting to £22.9 million has been made available to Botswana for the period 1976–77 to 1978–79, and will be continued.
