§ Mr. DunnDuring 1977 five prosecutions were brought against wholesalers for supplying alcoholic drinks to illegal drinking clubs. Fines ranged between £40 and £20. There was one conditional discharge. The enforcement of the law relating to the supply and consumption of alcohol is an operational matter for the Chief Constable.
