§ Mr. MoyleI have received two letters about the possible use of Greenham Common air base in Berkshire by the United States Air Force. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence informs me that he has received a request from the United States authorities to be allowed to base tanker aircraft at RAF Greenham Common, but no decision has yet been made. The request is now being considered, and all relevant factors will be taken into account before a final decision is reached.
