§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will retain the present level of concessionary bus fare in respect of those who are 70 years old in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. Carter, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 6th April 1978], gave the following information:
No. A new concessionary fares scheme came into operation on 3rd April 1978 in the Belfast area served by Citybus and enables everyone over the age of 65 to travel for half fare at all times. This represents a significant improvement for a large number of pensioners in Belfast.
