asked the Prime Minister if the public speech of the Secretary of State for Energy, which concerned the desirability of nationalisation, made at Bradford on 10th March, represents Government policy.

asked the Prime Minister if the public speech by the Secretary of State for Energy in Bradford on 10th March 1978, concerning private ownership, represents the policy of Her Majesty's Government.
