§ Mr. Litterickasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the producers of Independent Television News for prosecution under the Official Secrets Act for unauthorised disclosure of classified official information on the neutron bomb, in their news broadcast on Monday 3rd April.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have no knowledge of any unauthorised disclosure, and accordingly there is no action which I propose to take.
