§ Mr. HoramThe second experiment under the Passenger Vehicles (Experimental Areas) Act started in North Yorkshire on 20th March. Two others in Devon have been authorised and are due to start this month. The statutory procedures for four other experiments, three in North Yorkshire and one in Scotland, have now started.
