§ Mr. Clinton DavisNo formal arrangements for an increase in imports from these countries have ben made as a result of my right hon. Friend's discussions. They were generally about the expansion of trade with these countries which will, of course, involve an increase in the levels of both imports from them and exports to them, but the main emphasis was on the latter.
