§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what plans he has to change the situation whereby men aged 84 to 95 years and women aged 80 to 90 years are eligible for a reduced death grant and over these ages no grant is made; what is the cost of giving grants to all these persons at full rate; and if he will make a statement.
