Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Energy, in the light of the fact that the National Union of Mine-workers Executive has unanimously declared itself against any type of Phase 4 wages policy, whether he will discuss this matter with the miners when he attends their annual conference at Torquay in July.
