§ Mr. FreesonThe Corporation has used its powers in the Act to conduct an inquiry into the affairs of the association and is at present in touch with members of the association's committee about the findings. Meanwhile, the property is being maintained by the staff of another registered housing association. It is expected that arrangements will be entered into under which the association's property will be voluntarily transferred to other registered associations, and that the power in Section 21 of the Act will not have to be invoked.
