§ Mr. Spearingasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what information he has concerning the offer prices on which the EEC common levies 77W are calculated; and to which persons and bodies in the United Kingdom he makes such information available.
§ Mr. BishopEEC common levies are calculated by the Commission on the basis of information gathered from a wide variety of sources in the Community. The method by which the levy is derived differs between commodities. The Commission does not make public the information from which it derives the levy.
