§ Mr. John MorrisMy Department is already making every effort to attract new industries to Cardiff, in full consultation with the local authorities. The immediate need is to accelerate the preparation of industrial sites and advance factories in Cardiff; this calls for additional expenditure in 1978–79 and as a first step I have 69W allocated an extra £4 million to the Welsh Development Agency for this purpose.
