Mr. Galbraith

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the total designated area of Tweedbank; what are the present and planned population and number of houses; what area at present is occupied by houses; what area is planned for industrial and commercial use and to what extent it has been built on; how many new industries have moved to Tweedbank; how many factories have been built but are not yet tenanted; and what has been the cost to date of land acquisition, of infrastructure preparation broken down into such categories as roads and sewerage, of houses, and of factories.
