§ Mr. Booth:As I said in my answer to the hon. Member for Cleveland and Whitby (Mr. Brittan) on 12th July, I intend to consult those primarily concerned to see whether improvements to the law can be proposed. The Government are 873W still considering the basis on which consultations about the complex question should be held.
