HC Deb 26 October 1977 vol 936 c680W
Mr. Marten

asked the Lord President of the Council whether he will make arrangements for more than two free copies of non-Parliamentary publications to be supplied to hon. Members on a green form basis where these are needed for constituency purposes.

Mr. Charles R. Morris:

I have been asked to reply.

The rules for the supply of non-Parliamentary publications to hon. Members, which are summarised at the head of the green demand forms, were designed to provide a service to Members of Parliament with reasonable economy. They have existed since 1924 and have been subject to periodic review since that time. In the light of the hon. Member's Question I shall review the arrangements again and, when I have done so, I will write to the hon. Member.
