§ Mr. MoyleThe summarised accounts of health authorities have been published annually as a White Paper ever since 1948–49. The accounts of individual authorities are supplied to their members and, in the case of area health authorities, to community health councils, and are adopted at Authority meetings open to the public and Press for whom copies are available.
