§ Mr. Whiteheadasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether the letter of 13th December 1976 from Herr Gscheidle, the West German Minister of Transport, to the Transport Ministers of the EEC was discussed at the EEC Council of Transport Ministers on 28th and 29th June 1977; and, if so, with what effect.
§ Mr. William Rodgers:It was one of the papers considered during the general discussion on the common transport policy based on the United Kingdom Presidency memorandum. The Commission undertook to prepare a working programme of priorities for 1978 and subsequent years and the Permanent Representatives Committee was invited to present a report for adoption at a future Transport Council.
