§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland which bodies and representative individuals have submitted opinions on the discussion paper, "Day Care and Education for the Under Fives", published in July 1977 by the Departments of Health and Social Services, and Education and Science; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Carter:Replies have so far been received from the National Children's Bureau, the Save the Children Fund, the National Playing Fields Association and the Association of Local Authorities in Northern Ireland. As the closing date for receipt of submissions is 30th December 1977 it would be premature to make any further statement at this stage.
