§ Mr. Merlyn Rees:I have not yet decided on the form in which to 782W announce the Government's proposals on the future structure of broadcasting which I shall in due course be putting before Parliament. In studying the Annan Report and in formulating proposals I shall give careful consideration to the criticisms referred to by the hon. Gentleman, along with all the other comments which I have received on the report.
