Member for Banbury (Mr. Marten), Official Report, 10th November, c. 181, on what basis discussion is continuing with the EEC on the provision of salaries and allowances for directly-elected Members of the European Assembly; and what is the authority for any such discussion in institutions of the Community other than the Assembly.
