§ Mr. John FraserThe registration of restrictive trading agreements which fall within the scope of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 is a matter for the Director General of Fair Trading. However, I understand that no agreements to which the Performing Right Society is a party have been placed on the Public Register.
