§ Mr. Spearingasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what consultations he has had concerning the effects of the recent International Sugar Agreement on sugar producers of the ACP Associated States of the EEC.
§ Mr. BishopMy right hon. Friend has had no such consultations. During the UN Sugar Conference at which the new International Sugar Agreement was negotiated consultations were held between the Community delegation and those of the ACP sugar-producing States.
