Mr. Buchanan-Smith

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, under the capital grant schemes, the allowance of one-seventh of the wages of farm staff employed in eligible work to cover national insurance, holiday pay &c., is an accurate reflection of the actual costs incurred.
