§ Mr. LuardThe United Nation's Scientific Committee on the Effects of80W Atomic Radiation is the main international body concerned with the health and safety aspects of radioactive fall-out. The United Kingdom has been a member of the Committee since its inception in 1956, and has played an active part in its work. I have placed a copy of its latest report in the Library of the House.
