§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe consultative document "Amendments to the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958" (Cmnd 6893) invited written comments by 30th September 1977; about 60 bodies have responded. Work is now in hand on the preparation of amending legislation, but pressure of parliamentary business may not permit its introduction until the next Session.
